Please provide:
1. The problem: What is happening? How does it affect you?
(Examples: dust, noise, land access, safety concerns)
2. The location: Where is the problem happening?
3. Your contact details: Name and how we can reach you

You may also submit a complaint without giving your name (anonymous).
However, we will not be able to contact you with update on how the issue is being
resolved.
Your information will be kept confidential
- Your name will not be shared without your permission
- You will not face retaliation for making a complaint in good faith
We follow a simple process:
1. Acknowledge: You receive confirmation (on screen or by email)
2. Review: We check if the complaint is related to the project
3. Investigate: We look into the issue
4. Resolve: We work with you to find a solution
5. Close: We inform you when the issue is resolved

We will keep you informed during the process.

- Be submitted by an affected person (or representative)
- Describe an environmental or social impact
This process is voluntary, and you may contact local authorities or the courts at any time.
We encourage you to reach out to us first so we can work with you to resolve your case as quickly as possible.
We take complaints about sexual exploitation, abuse, or harassment (SEA/SH) very
seriously.
